About me
My name is Rafal Moscicki, and I am a cardiologist practicing in the province of Alicante. I primarily focus on the clinical aspects of my specialty. For some time now, I have been reflecting on my work and, above all, on how to help my patients enjoy better health. I have realized several key points:

The prevalence of cardiovascular problems, such as coronary artery disease, heart attacks, strokes, etc., is very high.

The risk factors for these diseases (hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes) are well described but often go unnoticed.

The demand on healthcare systems is increasing progressively due to the aging population.

The growing workload, especially in primary care, means we have less and less time available per patient, forcing us to focus only on solving immediate problems.

Identifying and properly treating risk factors—preventing cardiovascular diseases—is probably the most powerful and cost-effective tool we have. However, it requires active patient participation and a significant amount of time, which we often lack.
From there, the HTA-info project was born—a result of my passion for hearts and technology.
On this portal, I will strive to achieve what time often does not allow us to do during consultations: to actively involve you in the process of preventing cardiovascular problems in your future.
I will start with Hypertension.
On this portal, I will provide tools and up-to-date information for diagnosing and managing hypertension in accordance with the guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Hypertension.
